We accept: Visa, MC, and Discover. For corporate orders credit terms may be established, please contact us for details at 860-872-1725
Tax: The state of CT requires us to collect 6.35% sales tax for purchases made and delivered within the state of CT.
Local Residential Deliveries: When no one is home to accept delivery, packages will be left with a neighbor and a phone call will be made to the recipient letting them know that a package was left and with whom.
Deposit 50% deposit will be required for all volume corporate orders Please call to discuss.
Shipping & Delivery :
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered/shipped out the next business day. (We make every effort to deliver Memory Lamps™ to the funeral home in time for the wake.) Please be sure to advise us on the date and time of the wake in the comments section of the order form. We deliver locally and ship within the USA.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, if Overnight is preferred, please contact us at 860-872-1725 for prices.
Prices listed on this website do not include shipping costs or hand delivery costs. Shipping charges will be calculated when you order.
Please be sure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient's full name and apartment, condominium, and/or suite numbers where applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees ($10.00-$20.00) from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser. If a gift is returned, due to incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an alternate shipping address. Purchaser will be required to pay additional shipping charges incurred for reshipment.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES Returns are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of your purchase and require a receipt, provided the item is in resaleable condition. Refunds are given in the form of item exchanges or store credit at the original purchase price. Special orders are excluded from this policy and may not be returned.
